DESCRIPTION: DEJA Silicone Based Effect paint uses the latest superior silicone technology, which is integrated to a water-based paint system. With the mentioned addition, the paint becomes exponentially more resistant to UV rays, alkali and is more wipe-able / water resistant. Additional advantages include homogeneous adherence, longer duration of durability, resistance to dust and other formations present in all climate conditions that might affect the paint.

The paint completely integrates with the surface it is being applied to and can be used for many years. For color, high quality pigments are used to have more durable and long- lasting vibrant colors.
 

APPLICATION AREAS: Exterior and Interior. Can be used on all kinds of plaster, gross concrete, ytong, scallop mosaic, concrete, gross concrete, betopan, mdf, etc.
 

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION: Dirty, dusty and loose textured surfaces should be cleaned. The cleaning should be continued until the surface salts are removed. A single coat of DEJA Universal Primer is recommended. 2-4 hours after the primer application; the Silicone Based Exterior Paint can be thinned up to 20% with water (by volume) and two coats can be applied to the surface with brush or roller. Recommended time in-between coatings is 1 to 3 hours.
